I think this book is helpful for beginner.

I am a junior university student major in computer science. I just ordered a Chinese version of this book. Even though I waited 10 weeks for its arrival from China to Texas, I consider it is worthy after a rush review. The book sure clear up some misundersanding for me. As my opinion, if you are a student like me, after you have down reading your text book, this book would be a good choice for further improvement.

Es muy bueno, muy didáctico. No es necesario ningún conocimiento previo de Oracle Forms para sacarle el máximo partido. El precio es un poco alto, pero la compra ha merecido la pena. Me ha servido de gran ayuda.

My Daily Bible

I am new to ASP but have being coding in VB 6 and decided to purchase this book. I was not disappointed at all. This is an excellent book for those new to ASP.NET. I use this book daily and it has provided me with information need for me to build my first ever web site. My web site is data driven and includes a member's only area taking advantage of session state, form authentication using SQL server, templates you name it. All by using this book by Stephen. He not only knowledgeable about the technology, but he also discusses the pros & cons on why to use one over the next. This is very valuable because you do not waste time trying to decide how to implement something. He tells you. Well-done Stephen.

A good general guide

This is a good book to people who want to have an overview at a glance about call centers features and problems. But, according to new economy habits, it is not a technological issue. So, if many points are discussed, such as human resources, real estate, organisation, hardware and products, none of them is focused in a detailed way. It is surely a very good introduction to people starting a new job in call centers environments, but do not expect too much by readin it.
