IT'S POORLY ORGANIZED AND DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW; NOT INTRO BK

Much like Hoffer's other book, which focuses on an earlier stage in the Sys. Devel. Life Cycle (Analysis & Design), this is the next book in "the series".This book goes over some of the fundamental concepts of modeling and relationship diagramming which were covered in the previous book. However, it picks up where the other left off and explain in-depth Database creation maintainence, and so on to a point where most can understand, and all can benefit from. Another good job from these strong Authors

Great reference, except 90% in VB.net

This is a very robust reference, up to par with the usual O'Reilly title quality. Biggest upset is the fact that 90% of context examples and nearly all of the reference examples are in VB.net - book should have been titled "ASP.net with VB.net in a Nutshell."

Comprehensive Means To Save You $ and Surfers Time

This book is well researched, comprehensive (HTML, XHTML, CSS, Multimedia; to name a few) tweaking, and offers lots of "Further Readings" from the web and other books.
Don't hesitate; save yourself money (minimalize web space usage) and web surfers time (you want fast loading pages to hold their attention).
I won't even get into the awesome chapter on flow in web design.
