Very good descripion of linux kernel and driver interface

Very well written, everything clearly explained. I needed to write a driver for a flash memory device in an embedded PC, and this book really helped to do the task, along with the kernel sources.

Experience is Golden

This Lab is excellent, you can not go for the CCNA test if you dont know the sh commands, or basic command outputs, its good enough to pass the test however if you really want some hardcore CCNA practice get RouterSim v 3. One thing that Sybex CCNA gold lacks are Debug commands.good luck.
