Title: Don't Make Me Think: A Common Sense Approach to Web Usability

this is what you want.

what does this book teach you.. you already know how to build great sites, and how to restrain yourself to that inate ability.
all you need is the "rules of design", which I think someone posted in a review, because those are the principles you'll remember and walk away with.. buying the reading the book really only serves to make you believe in the value of those principles.
it's kind of slow reading because it tries to stretch out these principles over what is still in the end a short book..

Dummies, Unite! Boycott!

Notice 1)how all three reviews below were posted on practically the same day and there hasn't been another review since. 2)how all three reviews say pretty much the same thing...nothing! And 3)how all three reviewers gave it 5 stars. The "helpful" ratings were even spammed. Or maybe I'm wrong....naaaah

Outstanding Cisco book ... it rocks.

Sam Halabi is very well known in the world of routing. This book is well written and organized. Not worth the time, effort, and money

I read the other one star review, but thought nothing of it. I should have taken it to heart because this book was such a waste of my time and money. There were too many errors (yes, the model system database was referenced as "modal" throughout the book; what an oversight). The Sample Exam also had errors in it. If you want to understand and learn from a credible source, this book is not the answer.
